Laser Hair Removal

For the past several years our Aesthetician has successfully been treating patients with unwanted hair. Our office uses the latest in IPL technology, offering services using our Q4 Spectra Pulse Laser and Zimmer cooler. Spectra Pulse uses a pulsed light system to remove hair and impair the growth. The procedure is quick and virtually pain free when done with a cool gel and the use of our Zimmer cooler. Most people will have noticeable hair loss with just one session.

Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is a gentle and effective way of removing dead cell tissue from the outer most layer of your skin by using a machine that delivers tiny crystals to the surface of the skin. These crystals are then removed with layers of epidermis by a hand piece which suctions the entire face. When the suction occurs new cells are stimulated to improve blood flow and cell turnover rate. This process results in vibrant, healthier and younger looking skin.

Chemical Peels

A chemical peel is the application of a solution called TCA (Trichloracetic acid) or glycolic acid to destroy the outer most layers of the skin resulting in a smoother and more youthful appearance. Our aesthetician will look at your skin to determine which peel is correct for you. You may experience redness, stinging, slight peeling, and mild irritation after a chemical peel has been preformed. Please remember to always wear SPF 30 or higher after a peel and discontinue use of any glycolic or retinol products 3 to 4 days prior to having a peel. The depth and type of peel you get will determine how much down time you will need to prepare for. Some peels can be very superficial with no down time, and others may require several days of staying out of the sun and expect heavy peeling.

Mega Peel with Oxymist

This procedure is a combination of a microdermabrasion, chemical peel and oxygen treatment. The benefits of doing all three of these procedures together is spectacular. First the microderm loosens the dead skin cells to prepare your skin for the chemicals. Once the peel is applied it is able to penetrate deep into the epidermis to give you a more even and effective peel. The final step is to apply the Oxy Mist, which is a blend of pure oxygen, vitamin A, E and amino plex serum. The final step is what will give your skin the glow you have been looking for.

Botox Treatments

Botox stands for botulism toxin. It is used to treat lines in the forehead, the frown area and around the eyes (crows feet). Unlike collagen, which fills in lines, botox reduces the cause of facial lines, which can be the result of repeated contractions of the facial muscles. Botox therapy involves very small injections into the muscles of the face. The full effect of the treatment usually takes three to seven days. You can expect botox to last anywhere from four to six months. The repeated use of botox will aid in longer lasting results.

Photo Rejuvenation

Photo Rejuvenation also known as (photo facials), is a unique and effective way of removing fine lines, brown spots, and broken capillaries from the skin. This procedure is preformed in our office using our Q4 Spectra Pulse laser and Zimmer cooler. A combination of effective lights are released from the filter and absorbed into skin where it is needed resulting in a more even skin tone and texture. This procedure is most effective on both men and women who suffer from sun spots and melasma.
